Monique Eldridge is the Executive Director at Prairie Hills at Independence, bringing a wealth of experience in business healthcare and a strong commitment to operational excellence. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Mount Mercy University and an Associate of Arts degree in Medical Administration from Hawkeye Community College.
Before joining the team at Prairie Hills at Independence, Monique spent 26 years managing the day-to-day operations of the Patient Financial Services Department for a multi-specialty physician group. Her extensive background in healthcare administration has equipped her with the skills to provide exceptional leadership and support within the senior living industry.
Outside of work, Monique enjoys spending time with her husband of 35 years, their three children, and five grandchildren. She has a passion for gardening, specifically butterfly gardening, and loves camping and exploring new places with family and friends.
Monique’s dedication to excellence, paired with her compassionate leadership, makes her a valued leader at Prairie Hills at Independence, ensuring residents receive the highest level of care and support.
